Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) recently launched its brand new three-row SUV called the Alcazar in the Indian market. It is being sold at a starting price of Rs 16.30 lakh (ex showroom, Delhi). The new Hyundai SUV is offered in three different trim levels, namely Prestige, Platinum and Signature, as well as in two-seat configurations – 6- and 7-seater. The automaker also sells Alcazar in four two-tone trims at prices between Rs. 18.85 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and Rs. 20.14 Lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). Now the automaker has finally announced the official accessories and package prices. All Hyundai Alcazar accessories listed below are priced with taxes included.

In our market, Hyundai Alcazar is offered with two engine variants. It draws its power from a 2.0-liter four-pot petrol engine and a 1.5-liter four-cylinder turbo diesel engine. The former produces 159 hp and 192 Nm torsional force, while the latter shreds power and torque of 115 hp and 250 Nm. The transmission tasks are taken over by a 6-speed MT or a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission. It sprints from 0 to 100 km / h in just 9.5 seconds.

The Hyundai Alcazar is offered with three different driving modes, namely Comfort, Eco and Sport, as well as three different traction control modes – Sand, Snow and Mud. In terms of fuel efficiency, the brand new Hyundai Alcazar is rated at 14.5 km / l (MT) and 14.2 km / l (AT). The diesel MT is more fuel efficient and has a mileage of 20.4 km / l. On the other hand, the SUV’s diesel AT trim promises 18.1 kmpl of fuel efficiency. On paper, the Hyundai Alcazar is the most economical SUV in its segment. It follows MG Hector Plus and the 2021 Tata Safari. In terms of dimensions, the Hyundai Alcazar is 4,500 mm long, 1,790 mm wide, 1,675 mm high and has a wheelbase of 2,760 mm.
